"We hired Linda for a complete redesign of our riverfront residence. She made significant changes to the rooms and common spaces to maximize the view of the river from as many rooms as possible. She selected interior colors consistent with the surrounding environment, then found us beautiful artwork which wonderfully complemented the interior look and feel, while at the same time reflecting the outside surroundings. Amazing Talent
I also used Linda’s services to start a collection of art for my personal residence in Seattle. The home is on a heavily wooded lot with a natural stone outcrop. She selected a series of impressionistic oil paintings that reflected the trees and stone outcrops outside the home. It is breathtaking. She then proceeded to commission a sculpture for my dining room – an interesting derivative interpretation of The Three Graces in Musee D’Orsay in Paris. She also commissioned a painting by a well known west coast artist of colourful fish swimming in a water pool, which beautifully complements my home. The sculpture and paintings continue to be a focal point of conversation in my home, and I am so proud to own such a unique collection of investment art. Innovative and Creative Thinking
We have had the pleasure of working with Linda Price-Bennett as an Interior Design consultant on our medical office renovation and as Project Manager on our personal home and property renovation. These projects have yielded excellent aesthetic and functional results with Linda providing a high level professional involvement throughout. On both projects, Linda met with us regularly for planning purposes, to seek our preferences and direction, and to share her research findings in a timely and logical fashion. She applied innovative and creative thinking in all aspects and was always willing to explore estimates, options or resources that were suggested. Linda managed the timelines and budgets of the many aspects of our personal project. This required much organization as this involved legal matters, local grading/hydro items, waterfront issues, landscape design, pool/spa items, home exterior, mechanical aspects, electrical and lighting considerations, security/IT/entertainment aspects and interior design, as well as interactions with our general contractor and subcontractors. Linda displayed skills with trouble-shooting and problem-solving and provided efficient communication. We recommend Linda and are thankful for her gifted abilities and assistance on our projects.

Wonderful to Live In
Linda did a wonderful job on our renovation. She listened to us and nailed the essence of what we wanted – “A family room with a kitchen in it”. She then layered in nuances and ideas that we never would’ve conceived of – including desk space and furniture and colour ideas. Linda worked collaboratively with the local contractors – getting relatively smooth results in a hot market. I whole-heartedly recommend Linda. Over the last 2 years, Linda has been an integral part in helping with designing and finishing our new home. I enjoyed the process of working with her and her team as we built our new home. Linda contributed to all aspects of the project. She provided us with excellent support and guidance in the areas of lighting both in location of electrical and selection of fixtures, color schemes in paint, finishes and flooring, selection of furnishings, and home decorating – that pretty much sums up the whole home being completed from top to bottom.
