By serving as the single point of contact throughout the process, Linda manages all communications, schedules, and site activities—eliminating the typical challenges associated with home construction. Clients can focus on their daily lives with confidence, knowing that every detail is expertly handled and closely monitored.

Client Liason
Clients typically meet with Linda Price-Bennett on a weekly basis to review progress, address challenges, and make timely decisions. These concise, solution-focused meetings ensure that any deviations from the approved budget, design, or plan are immediately identified and resolved through formal change order documentation.
This streamlined communication process allows clients to remain fully informed and confident in every stage of their project while minimizing the time they need to spend on day-to-day construction matters.
Budget Management
Viali maintains fiscal discipline throughout every project phase. Linda monitors expenditures closely, ensuring that all work remains within the agreed budget parameters. In the event of unforeseen changes or costs, clients are promptly informed and presented with clear recommendations—either to approve the adjustment or modify the plan through a documented change order.
Detailed cost tracking and reporting are provided in weekly updates, ensuring transparency and accountability at all times.
Change Management
Design and construction projects naturally evolve. Viali ensures that any adjustments are handled with precision and minimal disruption. Linda reviews all proposed changes, evaluates their impact on the overall plan and budget, and provides clear, actionable recommendations.
Clients remain fully informed of any deviations from the original project scope, with all approved modifications documented and communicated in a structured, professional manner.
Cashflow Management
All project-related invoices, bills, and payments are carefully tracked and administered by Viali. During the weekly meeting, payments are reviewed and approved jointly by the client and Linda, ensuring complete financial transparency. Each transaction is reconciled against the project budget and reflected in detailed client reports, providing a clear view of project cashflow at every stage.
Finishing
Viali oversees the coordination and execution of all finishing details that bring the project to completion. This includes management of contractors and suppliers for elements such as: Furniture installation and placement, painting and wall treatments, artwork procurement and installation, landscaping and exterior detailing, home automation and audiovisual systems, window treatments and soft furnishings and where applicable, complete turnkey home outfitting.
By managing every aspect of the finishing process, Viali ensures a cohesive, polished result that reflects the project’s design intent and exceeds client expectations.
