Linda Price-Bennett - Certified Adaptiv Home Specialist

As an Adaptiv Home certified specialist through the Canadian Home Builders Association, I am part of a network dedicated to helping individuals live safely and comfortably at home—regardless of age, ability, or circumstance.

There are many ways to modify a home to support long-term, independent living. My role involves meeting with clients and their care teams to assess needs, guide decision-making, and assemble a team of professionals tailored to each situation.

This team may include medical professionals, occupational therapists, equipment specialists, contractors, home automation experts, and more. As an interior designer and project manager, I act as the main point of contact, overseeing the design and renovation process to ensure the best outcome for everyone in the home.

Living in a beautiful, functional adaptive home shows that accessible and comfort can go hand-in-hand with style, proving that an adaptive space can be both practical and visually stunning.

How We Work

Our clients include individuals with progressive conditions, traumatic injuries, mobility, sensory, or cognitive challenges. We also consider the needs of caregivers and family members living in the home.

We begin with an interview to meet key decision-makers and understand the client’s condition and daily challenges. From there, we identify the right professional partners for the project.

Our focus is on creating a safe, comfortable, and cost-effective living environment that supports both the client and their support network.
